1.Align Your Team
Spend an full hour live online with the coaches at Momentum where we will help your team understand the importance of a vision and mission and values (VMV) in your business. We will also help them get aligned to your business needs by explaining how systems work and also how to form a positive practice culture. Utilise the exercises you completed at the ADA presentation and after the session give your team a copy of your VMV and explain your practice culture. This is a perfect setting to engage, encourage and align your team to perform.

2. Communication and The Morning Huddle
When asked this simple question, “What would you like to improve in your practice?” 9/10 team members answer “Communication”. In this session we will discuss ways to improve communication using technology, using team meetings and of course implementing an effective communication huddle into your morning routine. This one hour, live online session will teach your team how to make the day run smoothly, how to identify problems before they occur and how to make your day stress free.
