The registration form must be fully completed, and is deemed accepted to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. All payments must be made in full, in $AUD.
2. Any accommodation and travel arrangements to be made are the responsibility of the delegates.
3. Once the completed registration form is received by Momentum, confirmation of registration will be directed to you. If no confirmation is received within 14 days of registration, please notify Momentum.

4. When purchasing vouchers (including 1 ticket, or 5 or 10 ticket bundles), confirmation of the purchase and the corresponding voucher numbers will be directed to you.

   Vouchers will be valid strictly for the 12 months noted, and must be redeemed within this time.

   Any unused vouchers remaining after the completion of the final in-person short course for the year will be forfeited unless being used for access to a recorded online course. Redemption of vouchers for and provision of access to pre-recorded online courses must be finalized by December 1st.

5. Cancellations received with less than 5 working days’ notice cannot be transferred, and will not be refunded.

6. Momentum reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the content and/or timing of the event due to matters beyond its control. In the event of this occurring, a full refund will be paid or an alternative date will be selected.
7. Momentum will not be held liable for any loss or associated loss (e.g. travel and accommodation costs) in the event of a course being cancelled or postponed.
